  • 1 lb pork sausage

  • 2 tbsp curry powder

  4. While the sauce is simmering, grill the pork sausages until fully cooked through. You can also pan-fry the sausages if you prefer.

  5. Serve the grilled sausages topped with the curry sauce. If desired, serve with french fries or a bread roll on the side.
